June 16, 2026 – Andy Kvesic, CEO of Aprio Legal, joins The Future is Bright podcast to discuss building one of the first fully integrated legal and advisory platforms with hosts Chris Batz and Howard Rosenberg.
Andy shares his decision to leave a general counsel role to acquire and transform a law firm under Arizona’s Alternative Business Structure (ABS) model, creating a new approach to delivering legal services.
He emphasizes that combining Aprio Legal with Aprio’s attorneys, accountants, and advisors changes what clients previously had to carry. Andy explains, “Our attorneys were constantly referring clients out for tax and accounting, and Aprio’s professionals were referring clients out for legal work.” Now, clients can stop coordinating between advisors and start working with a single team pointed at the same goals.
He also highlights how adopting more structured planning, pipeline visibility, and margin analysis from the accounting side is reshaping law firm operations as the industry continues to evolve.
