Bara Ahmad brings a deal-first, business-minded approach to corporate and commercial law. She works with business owners, executives, and corporate leadership teams seeking practical counsel on commercial transactions, contracts, and business risk, helping clients make informed decisions, manage risk, and address challenges efficiently by grounding her advice in both business realities and legal strategy.

Experience

Bara’s practice centers on corporate and commercial law, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, transactional support, and risk management. She provides ongoing corporate counsel governance, compliance, and day-to-day legal matters. She negotiates and drafts commercial agreements, advises on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, and counsels clients on secured transactions, creditor rights, and vendor and supplier arrangements. Her background also spans litigation and bankruptcy, from managing disputes and depositions in federal and state courts to leading due diligence on complex, high-value transactions.
