In 2021, Jason merged his own firm of seven years, The Pritchett Law Firm, with Aprio Legal, bringing his client-centered approach to a broader legal and business platform. His practice focuses on commercial business transactions, corporate compliance, mergers, acquisitions, finance, and sports and business crisis management.
Jason serves as outside general counsel to businesses across a variety of industries, supporting clients through growth, transition, and crisis. His background in both litigation and corporate law provides an unparalleled perspective on business transactions and entity development, helping clients navigate challenges from inception to completion.
