Overview
Michael advises clients on a broad range of state and local tax matters, including multistate taxation and income, franchise, sales and use, and property taxes. He represents clients at every stage of tax controversy, from audit through appellate litigation, and counsels them on restructurings as well as state tax refund and planning opportunities.
