Overview
Stacy advises nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on the tax and governance questions that shape how they operate. She works closely with executive directors, CFOs, and treasurers, guiding them through tax filings, unrelated business income tax, and best practices for board governance. Her clients are primarily 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations with revenue between $5 million and $500 million.
