An experienced Arizona business attorney, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Jason brings nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and outside general counsel matters. His diverse background, spanning startups to Fortune 1000 companies, professional athletes to C-suite executives, gives him a practical, solutions-based perspective on business strategy and risk management.
Aprio Legal’s Business Law and Transaction Services Practice advises business owners and leadership teams through all stages of the business lifecycle, from formation and capital raises to restructurings and M&A. The team delivers practical, strategy-aligned counsel that helps clients make informed decisions and move forward with momentum. Jason leads the firm’s transaction and corporate counsel services, overseeing deal strategy, legal structuring and execution.
