With three decades of litigation experience in both the public and private sectors, Zora Manjencich brings a depth of knowledge to her practice at Aprio Legal.

She has represented individuals, businesses, municipalities, and government agencies in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Known for her creative, client-focused strategies, Zora has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex civil and criminal matters with determination and insight.

Experience

Zora’s career reflects substantial experience across a wide spectrum of litigation. She has handled business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, and professional malpractice. Her practice also spans environmental, construction, transportation, real estate, wrongful death, and amusement entertainment matters.

In public service, Zora spent nearly a decade at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she served as Assistant Division Chief of the Family and Special Counsel of the Child Protection Division and Assistant Division Chief of the Criminal Division. She managed the prosecution of white-collar crimes, fraud, human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and elder abuse cases.

Earlier in her career, she served as a sex crimes prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where her work earned the Crime Victim’s Rights Special Award. She has served on state and local task forces and commissions through the Arizona Supreme Court, Governor’s Office, and Attorney General’s Office.

In private practice, Zora was a partner at firms in Arizona and Missouri, representing Class I railroads and corporations in high-profile and complex matters. Her breadth of experience enables her to adapt to the needs of clients ranging from financial institutions to small businesses.
