Andy Kvesic Reappointed to Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Alternative Business Structures

SCOTTSDALE, Az. — Jan. 22, 2026 – Andy Kvesic, CEO of Aprio Legal, has been reappointed to the Arizona Supreme Court’s Committee on Alternative Business Structures (ABS Committee) for a new three-year term, running from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028.

Established under Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 2020-173, the Committee on Alternative Business Structures reviews applications for licensure and makes recommendations to the Arizona Supreme Court on whether licenses should be granted. The Committee plays a central role in Arizona’s nationally watched ABS program, launched in January 2021, which provides a regulated framework where professionals outside the traditional legal profession can hold ownership interests in law firms. This structure supports new sources of investment capital for law firms, expanded access to legal services, and multidisciplinary ownership for purposes of coordinated delivery of legal and non-legal client services.
