Overview
Adam Buck is a Certified Real Estate Specialist with two decades of transactional and litigation experience in Arizona and Nevada. As a Director with Aprio Legal, he focuses his practice on real estate, business law, commercial litigation, and mediation. Clients rely on Adam for his ability to navigate complex transactions, address disputes, and provide practical, results-driven legal counsel.
Experience
Adam advises on a wide range of business and real estate matters, including operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial loan documents, leases, loan workouts, CC&Rs, and other deed restrictions. He also assists clients with environmental issues, due diligence, survey and title reviews, as well as zoning and code violation matters.
With extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts, Adam has successfully led jury and bench trials as first-chair counsel. His litigation practice spans business disputes, quiet title actions, tax lien foreclosures, boundary disputes, CC&R disputes, real estate broker negligence, construction defects, and fraud and misrepresentation claims. He also represents clients in administrative hearings before the Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
In addition to his litigation and transactional work, Adam serves as a mediator in real estate matters, including homeowner association disputes. He received formal mediation training from the American Institute of Mediation in Los Angeles, California.
Adam’s contributions extend beyond the courtroom. He frequently speaks on real estate and estate planning topics throughout Phoenix, writes on legal issues for local publications, and is a trusted source for media interviews.
