Robert Mann brings 25 years of civil and complex commercial litigation experience to Aprio Legal’s clients. He represents businesses and individuals in judicial, arbitration, administrative, and alternative dispute proceedings across the United States and internationally. His practice spans pre-trial, trial, and appellate work, giving clients comprehensive support at every stage of litigation.

Experience

Robert began his career with a boutique commercial litigation firm in Phoenix before joining one of the nation’s 50 most prominent law firms. Later, he and his wife established and managed their own practice, serving a wide range of clients. This combination of large-firm and small-firm experience enables Robert to adapt to matters of all sizes, resources, and complexity.

His litigation background includes handling disputes involving contracts, real estate transactions, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, and general business conflicts.

Over the years, Robert has represented clients in courts and proceedings across the country and internationally, building a reputation for practical solutions and client-focused advocacy.
