In addition to administrative and transactional counsel, John litigates employment-related disputes in state and federal courts. He has bench and jury trial experience, appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals, and represented union employers in labor arbitrations.

He also has considerable experience with preliminary injunctions, training, investigations, and media commentary on employment law topics.

John also serves as a neutral arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and in private proceedings, handling both employment and commercial disputes.
