Overview
Will Breier’s practice blends his legal experience with a professional background in construction management. Drawing on seven years as a commercial construction project manager, Will provides clients with practical, industry-informed counsel in construction law, real estate disputes, and commercial litigation.
Experience
In his construction law practice, Will represents general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, homeowners, design professionals, developers, and material suppliers in various types of disputes. His broader practice encompasses real estate and commercial litigation matters, including business divorces, partnership disputes, employer-employee conflicts, and landlord-tenant disputes. He also assists clients with drafting and negotiating construction contracts, real estate purchases, and leases.
He has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and other administrative agencies. In addition to his trial practice, Will is deeply involved in alternative dispute resolution, serving as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in construction, real estate, and commercial disputes as a panelist with the American Arbitration Association on its construction, commercial, and consumer panels, as well as on the roster of mediators and arbitrators with the Arizona Association of REALTORS. Will also serves as a private mediator and arbitrator.
Before becoming an attorney, Will worked professionally for seven years in the construction industry in Arizona and Nevada, including five years as a project manager. His projects included casinos, restaurants, Class A office and medical buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and telecommunications facilities. His background allows him to offer clients and parties unique insights at the intersection of the construction industry and the legal system.
