Overview
Will Breier’s practice blends his legal experience with a professional background in construction management. Drawing on seven years as a commercial construction project manager, Will provides clients with practical, industry-informed counsel in construction law, real estate disputes, and commercial litigation.
Experience
Will represents general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, homeowners, design professionals, developers, and material suppliers in construction-related disputes. His broader practice encompasses real estate and commercial litigation matters, including business divorces, partnership disputes, employer-employee conflicts, and landlord-tenant disputes. He also assists clients with drafting and negotiating construction contracts, real estate purchases, and leases.
He has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and other administrative agencies. In addition to his trial practice, Will is deeply involved in alternative dispute resolution, serving as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. He also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in construction, real estate, and commercial disputes through the American Arbitration Association and the Arizona Association of REALTORS.
Before becoming an attorney, Will spent seven years in the construction industry in Arizona and Nevada, including five years as a project manager. His projects included casinos, restaurants, Class A office and medical buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and telecommunications facilities. This background allows him to offer clients unique insights at the intersection of construction and law.
